RETURN & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At AC Quest, we're here to provide the best customer service in the industry, even if you have items to return. If that's you, the following detail should provide all the information you need. If you still have questions, please call us at 1-888-871-2310

All sales are final unless approved by the manufacture

To submit a request for a return review please email solutions@ac-quest.com or call us immediately at Call 1-888-871-2310 with the invoice number and reason for return. You will be contacted with in 5-7 business days we will follow up by e-mail with cancellation or return updates

Once you have started the review of return process you will be contacted by an AC-Quest representitive. If approved you will need to follow these steps:

Please have your order number ready and follow these easy steps for return authorization and shipping instructions:

  • (You Must Obtain a Return Authorization Number)
  • You are responsible for all original shipping and freight costs (typically 10 - 25% of total order) which may be different from the promotional rate on your invoice.
  • All final returns approvals are subjected to physical inspection upon return to AC Quest.
  • You are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns.
  • All items must be in a factory sealed carton with no damage and in 100% sellable condition.
  • Your refund will be processed within 15 days of return.
  • Your refund will be provided via the same method by which you paid.
  • A 25% restocking / cancelation fee will be applied for all returned items with a 'Return Authorization Number'. Any returned items without a 'Return Authorization Number' - (including but not limited to canceled orders) the shipment will be refused and no refunds will be processed. This is in addition to original and return shipping charges, if any.
  • Non-stock items may not be returned.
  • No material whatsoever will be accepted for return after 90 days from date of shipment.

Warranty Issues:

  • All warranties are covered by the product manufacture. All warranty claims should be made with the appropriate manufacture and department. AC Quest offers no additional product warranties unless otherwise stated.

Non-returnable items:

  • Promotional & Clearance products (marked as such).

Did we deliver the wrong items?

Send us an e-mail at solutions@ac-quest.com and include a picture of the item ID on the product label, or simply provide the item ID with a complete description of the product received. We'll correct the problem right away.
