Hydronika boilers are 95.1% efficient and our chiller efficiencies are from12 to16+ EER. | | Boilers Hydronika utilizes Munchkin™ boilers as our standard offering. Arguably among the highest efficiency boilers on the market with performance of 95.1% AFUE in space heating applications. These condensing and modulating (3:1) boilers are available in sizes ranging from 80-399 MBTU. | | Chillers Our chillers are designed incorporating scroll compressor technology and Emerson™ refrigeration components. Our Chiller Boiler packages use Multi-wing™ composite 8-blade fans and variable speed controllers for quiet operation as well as Flat-Plate™ stainless steel evaporators for long-life. These components are proven and reliable offering chiller efficiencies in excess of 12 EER for four-pipe systems and 16+ EER for our six-pipe systems. | | Pump StationsHydronika systems utilize TACO Pumps in either bronze or stainless steel depending on the application. Systems are piped with stainless steel and copper and include: isolation valves, check valves, circuit balancing valves, pressure gauges and flow switches on each pipe loop. | | Controls The chiller loop and the boiler loop have individual adjustable digital output controls for easy staging and temperature control. Individual external cabinet indicating lights show power to the unit, flow to each circuit as well as calls for heating and cooling. | | Electrical Components The electrical enclosure of a Hydronika Chiller Boiler is fully labeled and easy to work on. All major component are DIN rail-mounted and all relays are illuminated. | | Enclosure Our enclosures are assembled on a rigid steel base and include vibration isolation pads for easy installation at the site. Cabinets components are riveted and use aircraft cam locks for the many service access panels. Cabinets are constructed of 304 stainless steel for long life and corrosion resistance. | |
