    Engineered Systems 

    Ecosaire® team of experienced designers can offer a systematic integrated approach in solving the everchanging and difficult air treatment problems of any industry. Ecosaire® not only supplies the highest quality equipment, but also provides the option of total project management.

    Ecosaire® can provide project responsibility from grassroots design conception through complete installation, start-up and on-site operator training. Ecosaire®'s unique approach in solving diverse and difficult environmental control problems provides the client with single source responsibility from a recognized leader in the industry.

     RPR / IATThe Refrigeration, Purification and Recirculation (RPR) unit is designed to recirculate constantly tempered and cleansed air throughout a designated room area, to meet or exceed the critical conditioning and purification performance demanded by industry standards.

    High efficiency air purification is accomplished through the use of Circul-Aire MULTI-MIX® chemical filter section in combination with ASHRAE rated particulate filter elements.

    Heat Exchangers

     As a recognized world class industrial manufacturer, Ecosaire® has over 30 years experience in the design and production of shell and tube type heat exchangers for general industrial heating and cooling applications. Standard stock units of up to 8" shell diameter are available for immediate shipment. Custom engineered units up to 24" in diameter and 240" long are also produced at IPAC. These exchangers can be fabricated in accordance with the ASME code or generally accepted industry standards.


    Ecosaire® engineered exchangers can be designed in-house or manufactured to the client's specifications. Materials of construction include carbon steel, stainless steels, copper, 90/10 cupronickel, brass, admiralty and titanium. All pressure vessel products pass a rigorous multi-step Quality Assurance Program.

     The Industrial Air Treatment (IAT) unit is designed to recirculate constantly tempered air throughout a designated room area.
    The mode of operation and the benefits of the IAT system are similar to the RPR system but the IAT system does not provide high efficiency gas-phase air purification.

    Product Choices

    Ecosaire® offers various configurations of closed circuit fluid cooling systems:

    • Dry Cooler Series - Air-cooled heat exchangers that use the ambient air to cool off the circulating fluid within the cooler to the desired temperature.
    • EcosCooler® Series - Air-cooled heat exchanges that comprise the same features of the Dry Coolers in addition to simplex or duplex pumps mounted on an integral galvanized base with the cooler, complete with all plumbing.
    • Dectron Pump Box - A remote pump package available with either single or dual mounted pumps.
    • Process Chiller - An air or water-cooled refrigeration package, combined with a flat-plate or shell-and-tube heat exchanger.
