 Multiposition Direct Drives
The CMPX/CMPW electric furnaces are designed for multi-position applications in closet, attic, or basement installations.
The CMPX unit will move up to 1200 CFM air flow, and up to 15 KW electric heat.
The CMPW unit will move up to 2100 CFM air flow, and up to 20 KW electric heat.
For cooling requirements, these units can be matched to cased A/C & H/P coils for nominal 1.5 to 5 ton capacity.

Wall Mount Direct Drives
The CWMX and CWMW DX fan coil units with electric heat are designed for recessed mounting in a wall or for hanging on the wall in a closet. They can also be mounted on a platform in a closet.

The CWMX and CWMW units will move up to 1200 CFM air flow, up to 3 tons of cooling capacity and up to 15 KW electric heat.

For cooling requirements, these units are designed to accept slant coils to match with most brands of A/C condensing units and HP outdoor units. These units are UL listed.
 Ceiling Concealed Direct Dirves
The CHCX DX “cased” fan coil units with electric heat are designed for horizontal mounting into a furred down ceiling.
The CHCX units will move up to 1150 CFM air flow, up to 3 tons of cooling capacity and up to 10 KW electric heat.
For cooling requirements, these units are designed to accept coils to match most brands of A/C condensing units.

 Chilled water/Hot water coils
Coils are manufactured from seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into drawn fin collars of the fin surface. Tubes are staggered in the direction of airflow. Coil circuiting is counter flow to direction of airflow.

Headers
Seamless copper tube with die-formed holes that provide a parallel surface to the coil tube for strong brazing joints. Standard 1⁄4” vent with brass Schrader valve.

Connections
Sweat connections are standard with optional red brass schedule 40 male pipe thread (MPT).

Casing
Standard casings are manufactured from 18 Gauge G-90 galvanized material and include 1” flanges for ease of stacking and mounting.

Testing
All coils are leak tested under water at 500 PSIG of air and are suitable for operation at 400 PSIG.

Direct expansion coils
Coils are manufactured from seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into drawn fin collars of the fin surface. Tubes are staggered in the direction of airflow. Coil circuiting is counter flow to direction of airflow.

Distributors
Brass liquid distributors are factory mounted using equal length tubes and circuited for equal refrigerant distribution to coil.

Connections
Sweat connections are standard

Casing
Standard casings are manufactured from 18 Gauge G-90 galvanized material and include 1” flanges for ease of stacking and mounting.

Testing
Coils are leak tested under water at 500 PSIG dehydrated, charged with nitrogen and sealed prior to shipping.
