Marine Grade Aluminum Construction
(photo) Paints and coatings have come a long way. However, when the paint is damaged problems start. Have you ever looked at a screw hole in a panel after a couple of years? Aluminum is corrosion resistant (they use it for hulls of ships), strong and light. We use the same material for the eveaporator and condenser coil frames. |

Multi Circuits
(photo) Most SolutionAir units have a minium of three independent circuits. Each of these cicuits are truly independent. No circuit shares a single refrigeration component with another. |

Backward Inclined Blowers Higher efficiencies, higher static capabilities and lower sound levels, what more is there to ask? Oh yeah, it's also non-overloading.

Ceramic Insulation It doesn't get soggy, it doesn't sag and it will not support mold. It also has a class A fire rating as well as a zeor rating for VOC. All this and as it turns out it's a very effective insulator. Ideal for equipment designed to remove water from air or the Space Shuttle. |

Power Protection
(photo) Let's face it: the quality of our electric power is not as good as we'd like it to be. SolutionAir units come standard with advanced power protection including power monitors and breakers. Did we mention no emergency trips to replace blown fuses? |
|
Double Wall Construction All the panels in the supply air stream that would have had exposed insulation, do not! We line them with the same marine grade aluminum. It keeps everything out of the air stream and is a cinch to keep clean. |

Multi Stages The most efficient compressor is not one that is off line due to the fact it isn't needed. Depending on geographical location, energy savings from a 3-stage unit over a 2-stage unit can be 30% or higher! SolutionAir units typically have between 3 and 5 stages. |
|
Variable Reheat Advance modulating components and logic allow for percision control of the reheat temperature. The result, better dehumidification and higher comfort levels. |
|
Welded Frame The unit retains its structural integrity even with all of the removable panels removed. In addition, welding provides a more permanent airtight seal that can help reduce long-term energy consumption. |

10 Fins Per Inch More FPI makes a smaller coil more efficient, at least initially. It also greatly accelerates coil blockage, increases condensate retention, and makes cleaning more difficult. The SolutionAir unit uses 10 FPI for all coils, up to 40% less then our competitors. We just use bigger coils to get the efficiency without the problems. |

Evaporator Clean-out Passage
(photo) Cannot clean out a 6-row evaporator? Thats because all of the rows are bunched together. The SolutionAir unit has a maximum of 4 rows between clean-out passages. |
|
Filters We are obsessive about clean evaporators, a key requirement to unit life, performance, and indoor air quality. Our standard filters are 4" pleated with a minimum ASHRAE efficiency of 30%. These filters should last 2.5 times as long as a 2" filter. The optional filters are 12" cartridge filters that have a minimum ASHRAE efficiency of 65% and an even longer period between filter changes. Cleaner air and less maintenance, not bad from a filter. |

Pre-rigged
(photo) We built it; we know where it's strong. Why leave it to the crane operator to be responsible for the unit? We install reinforced rigging points on the top, the crane lifts it to the roof, no spreader bars and nothing bends or breaks.

Precision Sizing Although available within normal lead times, SolutionAir units are custom sized for each application. This can be done instantly with the SolutionAir design software. |
