Full Service brands require dedicated outside air systems ducted to each guestroom, corridor and public meeting space.  This outside air equipment must be able to efficiently deliver the outside air at a low enough dew point to handle the internal latent load of the space.

Terminal equipment should be selected to handle the sensible space load.
